- They cover a range of movements, exercises and varying levels of intensity
- Each session has a cross section of abilities, fitness levels and goals
- Adjustments are made accordingly, especially if the client may be carrying an injury or recovering from one
- Alternative exercises are always on offer for persons with an inability to execute comfortably the originally selected exercises
