  • Sessions last between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes
  • They cover a range of movements, exercises and varying levels of intensity
  • Each session has a cross section of abilities, fitness levels and goals
  • Adjustments are made accordingly, especially¬†if the client may be carrying an injury or recovering from one
  • Alternative exercises are always on offer for persons with an inability to execute comfortably the originally selected exercises
