A blend of the different influences in my training development, which ranges from strength and conditioning to Pilates. Functional is the single word that comes to mind.

For most people I recommended up to 4 days per week. However, the best way to work that out is through consultation and working around a realistic plan to match the client’s lifestyle.

If you are looking for a shouter, then I am not your man. There are other ways to encourage and motivate clients to get through workouts.
